The question this week is...
Q: What book would you love to see made into a movie or television show and do you have actors/actresses in mind to play the main characters?
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT QUESTION. Fun fun fun. I love re-casting stuff. :) Let's see.I've read Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins recently and I always pictured Anna as...
Nina Dobrev as Anna
I haven't stumbled upon perfect St. Clair yet, though. Any thoughts? Do you have an actor who could play St. Clair? :)There are a few YA books I read that I'D LOVE to see being made into movies. And I have a dream cast for the main characters! Like for example:
Chandler Canterbury as Todd
(The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness)
Oh my God guys he is PERFECT! I went through 4868505395 child actors and when I saw Chandler, I immediately knew it's him. Whoa!
Ciara Bravo as Viola Eade
(The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness)
She rocks in Big Time Rush and she would rock as Viola. ;)
Danielle Campbell as June
(Legend by Marie Lu)
Gemma Ward as Rhine
(Wither by Lauren DeStefan)
I played a bit in Photoshop with her eyes, haha.

Following back!
OdpowiedzUsuńGreat casting! I love that you chose Nina. She is very beautiful and while I still havent read Anna and the French Kiss (yes, Im bad... its on my list) I am sure she would suit the role well.
I nearly chose her for my choice but I thought it would be wierd to cast two actors who are in the vampire diaries together... would be confusing, hehe.
Kris
Nina Dobrev as Anna? I don't know, I can only see her as Elena...so maybe I'd want a new comer to play her :)
OdpowiedzUsuńI haven't read your other picks, but I really like the last photo. I'd like to see her in that movie. And Chandler is so cute. :)

Thank you for stopping by at my blog and following! :)
OdpowiedzUsuńI've got Anna and the French Kiss and Wither on my to-read lists, I definitely need to check them out quicker. The edited pic of Gemma Ward makes me want to read the latter NOW, I'm really intrigued whether there's a reason why her eyes are of different colours :D.
AHHH love your casting for Anna!!! She looks perfect and gosh I agree that it will be difficult to find the perfect St.Clair...well better keep looking! New follower! Awesome answer! Totally agree and love your post!!!!

My Follow Friday
You have a great blog :D Quite a lot of people have chosen Anna and the French Kiss
OdpowiedzUsuńNew follower on all the ones you have.
Here is my FF :D
Anna is definitely the winner of "which book should be made into a movie." It'd be a fantastic movie. I think that Pierre Boulanger should play Etienne, but the popular choice for him seems to be Aaron Johnson. I wouldn't complain if he was Etienne. I loved hiim as Robbie the Sex God in the Georgia Nicholson movie.
OdpowiedzUsuńThese are all books I own that I still need to read, I'll get around to them eventually, thanks for stopping by, new follower
OdpowiedzUsuńI loved your Knife of Never Letting Go choices, but I feel that June should look a bit tougher and grittier in Legend. I can't wait to see what they do with the Hunger Games!
OdpowiedzUsuńI'm following you on linky - here's my blog link http://bronasbooks.blogspot.com.au/
Oh I hadn't thought of Anna--but I imagine that series would be awesome!

OdpowiedzUsuńTristan @ Reads With Wreckless Abandon
Your choices for The knife of Never Letting Go are terrible. Both of the actors are much too young. Also Todd should have brown eyes.
